I follow a slow, non-performative photographic approach, drawn to the urban and the rural space, seeking to encounter moments of aesthetic form rather than hunt scenes.

Photography, for me, is not an instrumental activity but a disposition, a state of mind. Through quiet self-distancing, an observant detachment from the outer world becomes a way of coming closer to myself.

This way of being and the quiet joy of searching within it, exists as an end in itself. The resulting images are personal postcards from moments of presence in which I am largely absent.
